2.4662 is an austenitic age-hardening alloy based on Fe-43Ni-12Cr and added with titanium, aluminum and other equivalent strengthening elements, and contains trace boron and lower carbon, which is metastable γ "[Ni3 (Ti, Al)] phase dispersion strengthening, trace aluminum can inhibit γ "To η- Transformation of Ni3Ti phase.
2.4662 alloy has high yield strength and rupture strength below 650 ℃, good oxidation resistance below 760 ℃, and stable structure after long-term use. This alloy is a relatively mature alloy developed in the early stage. It is widely used for manufacturing rotating disk parts (turbine disk, compressor disk, journal, etc.), static structural parts, turbine outer ring, fastener and other parts of aviation and ground gas turbine engines operating at 650 ℃.
