(1) non vacuum induction melting and electroslag remelting;
(2) electric arc furnace
melting and electroslag remelting;
(3) the vacuum melting.
Inconel 600 alloy steel forming properties :
Inconel 600 has good processing performance, ingot forging heating temperature 1110 -1140 degree; the final forging temperature less than 950 degree, slab rolling heating temperature 1130 - 1170 degree, finishingthe heating temperature is 1090 - 1130 degree. The finished product solid solution treatment temperature of 1010 -1050 degree.
Inconel 600 alloy steel Good welding performance properties : welding, connection available electric arc welding, argon arc welding,resistance welding and brazing and other methods, large or complex welding pieces of the structure in the welding should be at 870degree for 1h, to eliminate the welding stress.
Inconel 600 alloy steel Heat treatment process : should be carried out according to the heat treatment system of the corresponding material
standard. Annealed sheet and strip parts should be carried out in a protective atmosphere.
