W.Nr.2.4856 alloy is based on molybdenum, niobium as mainly strengthening element , solid solution strengthened nickel base superalloy.

W.Nr.2.4856 alloy has excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation resistance. W.Nr.2.4856 good fatigue performance and stress corrosion resistance with from low to 980 degree temperature.Therefore, W.Nr.2.4856 can be widely used in manufacturing of aviation engine parts, aerospace structure parts and chemical equipment.Also because it’s machining and welding performance is good, can supply a variety of sheet, rod, tube, wire, strip and forgings.

950-1030 degree air cooling or water cooling,or 1090-1200 degree air cooling or water cooling solution treatment

950-1030 degree Air cooling, or 1090-1200 degree air cooling

Recommend the annealing temperature: 960-1030 degree,air cooling or water cooling.

Specifications and supply condition: we Can supply W.Nr.2.4856 alloy steel bar D25-80mm and W.Nr.2.4856 alloy steel plate/sheet thickness 0.8 - 10.5mm. We also can supply D6 - 40mm seamless pipe or welded pipe.
W.Nr.2.4856 alloy steel delivery condition : without heat treatment but the car light or polished delivery; sheet/plate after solution, finishing supply, pipe after solution, pickling (or bright annealing) delivery.
