On June 25, 2024, the Australian CR780T/450Y-TR steel Anti Dumping Commission issued Notice No. 2024/041, stating that in response to an application submitted by domestic Australian company Abey Australia Pty Ltd, an anti-dumping and anti subsidy investigation has been launched against interchangeable bolted clipping system clip heads imported from China. The investigation period of this case is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, and the damage investigation period is from April 1, 2020. The CR780T/450Y-TR steel product in question is an interchangeable clamping bolt clamp, galvanized or powder coated, with a diameter of 12 to 150 millimeters (0.5 inches to 6 inches), featuring elongated embossing and square holes for interlocking bolts and nuts. The interchangeable clamping bolt clamp also ensures linear alignment between the clamp and the bracket, and no movement is allowed during installation. The product in question is made of galvanized hot rolled coil ("HRC"). The HRC grade is Z275, with a thickness ranging from 1mm to 2mm, depending on the clamp model. The Australian customs code for the product in question is 7326.90.90.60. The Australian Anti Dumping Commission is expected to complete the basic factual report of this investigation no later than October 14, 2024, and submit the final ruling report to the Australian Minister of Industry and Science no later than November 27, 2024 CR780T/450Y-TR steel.
