In order to actively respond to the severe market competition, Huangshi Company has increased its efforts in tackling key processes, product quality, and other issues. Through the development of new varieties and the expansion of new users, the production capacity of the unit has been boosted, and the galvanized home appliance field has achieved bulk supply, forming three personalized ordering grades. The 403 hot-dip galvanizing unit has achieved a continuous output of over 16000 tons for three months, exceeding the designed production capacity of specification varieties.
In the field of home appliances, Huangshi Company has established an SBU team to deeply promote user demand identification and user service. It has formed a production and sales research team with upstream raw material S500Q steel manufacturers to jointly develop personalized segmented products, promote collaborative cost reduction with users, enhance product value, and rapidly improve the quality of galvanized home appliance products. As of August, the sales proportion of galvanized steel varieties has reached over 80%, effectively avoiding market homogenization competition and achieving optimal production costs for the unit.
In the next stage, Huangshi Company will establish an SBU evaluation system for hot-dip galvanized products, cultivate the market identification ability, product cognition ability, user communication ability, on-site control ability, and special handling ability of the production and sales research team, accelerate the timely transformation of user needs into on-site production and manufacturing ability, practice the "four modernizations" and "four haves", run the market, grab orders, and promote the full production of various production lines through the market expansion of hot-dip galvanized products, and promote S500Q steel production and operation to a higher level.
