On August 19, 2024, the Foreign HR450T/300Y-FB steel Trade Secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade, and Services (Minist é rio do Desenvolvimento, Ind ú stria, Com é rcio e Servi ç os/Secretaria de Com é rcio Exterior) issued Announcement No. 43 of 2024, stating that in response to the application submitted by Brazilian domestic enterprise Usina Siderurgica de Minas Gerais S.A. on April 23, 2024, for cold-rolled coils (Portuguese: laminados planos de a ç o carbono, ligados ou n ã o ligados, em forma de chapas (n ã o enrolados) ou originating in China HR450T/300Y-FB steel, EM Bobinas (Rolos), de qualquer Largura ou Espessura, Laminados a Frio initiated an anti-dumping investigation. The tax numbers of the HR450T/300Y-FB steel products involved in the case in Nanjing are 7209.15.00, 7209.16.00, 7209.17.00, 7209.18.00, 7209.25.00, 7209.26.00, 7209.27.00, 7209.28.00, 7209.90.00, 7211.23.00, 7211.29.10, 7211.29.20, 7225.19.00, 7225.5.90, 7226.19.00, and 7226.92.00.
