On August 29, 2024, the Foreign SG205 Grade B steel Trade Secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade, and Services (Minist é rio do Desenvolvimento, Ind ú stria, Com é rcio e Servi ç os/Secretaria de Com é rcio Exterior) issued Announcement No. 46 of 2024, in response to an application submitted by Brazilian SG205 Grade B steel domestic enterprise Vallourec Solu çõ es Tubulares do Brasil S.A. on April 30, 2024, for seamless carbon steel pipes originating in China with an outer diameter size greater than or equal to 5 inches (141.3 millimeters) and less than or equal to 14 inches (355.6 millimeters). The second anti-dumping sunset review investigation has been initiated by the authorities of Condu çã o (line pipeline), Utilizados para oleodutos e gasodutos, com di â metro externo superior a 5 (cinco) polegadas nominais (141,3 mm), mas n ã o superior a 14 (quatorze) polegadas nominais (355,6 mm). The products involved are used for oil and gas pipelines. Involving products under the tax number 7304.19.00 of the Southern Common City. The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 2023 to December 2023, and the injury investigation period is from January 2019 to December 2023. The announcement shall come into effect from the date of SG205 Grade B steel publication.
