The export price of PT440ML3 steel Brazilian slabs has remained stable for the third consecutive week. The FOB price of exported slabs from major ports in Brazil is 520-545 US dollars per ton, which is the same as the previous week but a decrease of 5 US dollars per ton FOB compared to the previous two weeks. Since the end of December last year, the price of sheet metal has remained unchanged. In fact, the Brazilian slab market reflects the trend of the US hot-rolled coil market. The demand for hot-rolled coils in the US is not large, so even domestic PT440ML3 steel prices have hardly changed.
