Chongqing Iron and Steel Export Coils Achieve Batch Stable Production

After completing the first production and delivery of export DC03+ZE steel coil SAE1006 in August, Chongqing Iron and Steel achieved stable batch production of export coils in September, completing product delivery 15 days in advance, with a delivery volume of 32600 tons, including JIS_G3313_SECC_Electro_Galvanized_SteelThe delivery cycle of this export coil order is short and the production difficulty is high. The Manufacturing Management Department, Steelmaking Plant, Rolling Plant, and other departments have collaborated to establish a production team for export coil products. Technical discussions have been fully conducted, and a production plan for the entire process from steelmaking to rolling to shipping has been developed, laying the foundation for stable production and rapid delivery of export DC03+ZE steel coils.

In terms of production organization, the Manufacturing Management Department takes the lead in organizing; Read the steelmaking plan every day and maximize the matching between the steelmaking plan and the rolling plan; Comprehensively strengthen the monitoring of unstable factors in the production process, timely coordinate and optimize production plans, and provide strong guarantees for the efficient and smooth operation of hot rolling production lines.

In terms of equipment support, strengthen equipment control efforts, and organize professional teams from steel mills and rolling mills to pay attention to the operation status of equipment, ensuring that the functional accuracy of equipment during export coil production meets production requirements.

In terms of quality control, SAE1006 DC03+ZE steel production and quality control were carried out daily to track production progress, pay attention to quality abnormalities, and organize improvements to lifting equipment to solve the problem of easy damage during the export steel coil lifting process; Optimize the cooling process to solve the problem of flat and easily folded thin gauge steel coils; Optimizing inspection rules, accelerating product circulation, and solving the problem of insufficient processing capacity in the leveling process.
