On April 30, 2024, the Colombian Ministry of SPHT2 steel Trade, Industry and Tourism issued Announcement No. 115 on April 26, 2024 in the official daily newspaper, deciding to respond to the Colombian enterprise ACECOS A. S and CORPACEROS A. S. Apply to initiate anti-dumping investigations on galvanized and aluminum zinc sheet coils originating from China SPHT2 steel. The Colombian tax codes for the products involved are 7210.41.00.00, 7210.49.00.00, 7210.61.00.00, 7210.69.00.00, 7225.92.00.90, and 7225.99.00.90. The dumping investigation period in this case is from September 30, 2022 to September 29, 2023, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023.
The announcement shall take effect from the day after its publication in the official Colombian SPHT2 steel daily newspaper. Stakeholders should register their responses, submit case comments and evidence materials within 30 working days from the date of announcement.
