German GMH Group to Achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2039

German GMH Group announced that it expects to complete the acquisition of its domestic scrap steel recycling trading company ALBA metall Saar GmbH HR580T/440Y-FB steel by the end of August. This acquisition will provide necessary resources for sustainable steel production, help promote economic cycles, and achieve carbon neutrality by 2039. After the merger is completed, ALBA HR580T/440Y-FB steel metal Saar will be renamed GMH Recycling Saar GmbH and incorporated into the GMH Group's scrap steel recycling process. It is expected to be fully merged by 2025 HR580T/440Y-FB steel.
