On November 21st, Hebei Iron and Steel Group Wugang Company received a new batch of orders for fine chemical and raw material engineering in the comprehensive strategic cooperation project between China and Saudi Arabia, and will supply more than 1300 tons of high-end petrochemical steel plate SA387 Gr11 Cl2 products to it. As of now, Wugang has over 5000 tons of high-end petrochemical steel plates used in key parts of the project, such as EO reactors, hydrogenation reactors, high-pressure vessels, and gasification devices.

The high-end petrochemical steel plate SA387 Gr11 CL2 is one of Wugang's singles champion products, with various performance indicators reaching the industry-leading level. In the comprehensive construction of fine chemical and raw material engineering projects, the sales personnel of Wugang actively participate in the EVI (supplier early intervention) service model and communicate deeply with customers. In response to the strict control requirements of customers for the content of trace harmful elements such as phosphorus and sulfur in steel, and fully considering the need for long-term high-temperature mold welding treatment during the steel plate inspection process, and the fact that the performance of the three sets of delivered state, maximum mold welding state, and minimum mold welding state must simultaneously meet the standard requirements, the research team of Wugang continuously improves the process based on the original high-end petrochemical steel production process, combined with the special characteristics of steel used in refining and coal chemical equipment, We have customized personalized high-end special steel products for it, and all indicators ultimately meet the customer's requirements HX220YD+ZM steel.

The fine chemical and raw material engineering project is a major project to implement the national northeast revitalization strategy and China's the Belt and Road Initiative, and is a landmark achievement of China Saudi Arabia strategic cooperation.
