It is reported that India's SG460 Grade D steel flat material imports in September increased by 38% month on month to 481863 tons, marking the fourth consecutive month of growth. In September, India SG460 Grade D steel continued to be a net importer, with hot coil exports decreasing by 21% month on month to 99838 tons. In August, India's hot coil imports increased by 24% month on month, reaching 348182 tons. The customs codes with the highest import volume are 720837, 720838, and 720839. These products include hot-rolled carbon steel coils and plates with a thickness of 10mm and a width exceeding 600mm, as well as hot coils SG460 Grade D steel and plates, excluding stainless steel products. Among them, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, and China were the largest suppliers of Indian hot rolls in September.
