On October 24, 2024, Kardemir, Türkiye S620Q Grade E steel, lowered its latest billet price by 15 dollars/ton. Specifically, Kardemir has adjusted the pricing of 150x150 S235 billets to $535/ton EXW and 150x150 B420 billets to $560/ton EXW, both of which are $15/ton lower than the pricing on October 10th.
As the price of Türkiye's domestic S620Q Grade E steel billet has declined, the price of Türkiye's imported billet has also declined slightly. Recently, the price of Türkiye's imported billet is 500 dollars/ton CFR, down 2.50 dollars/ton from October 10. In addition, Kardemir S620Q Grade E steel also lowered its rebar and wire prices by $10 to $15 per ton on October 23rd.
