In terms of production, Nissan's SG700Q Grade E steel domestic production in Japan decreased by 13.4% to 307101 vehicles, including 275035 passenger cars, a year-on-year decrease of 13.6%. Except for Japan, the production in other regions also decreased by 6.4% year-on-year, reaching 1.22 million vehicles. Among them, the production in China was 312316 vehicles, a decrease of 8.6%; In Mexico, the six-month production increased by 9.9% year-on-year, reaching 341870 vehicles; In the United States, production decreased by 15.5% to 254251 vehicles; The production in the UK was 142384 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 7.5%.
In terms of sales, Nissan's overall sales in Japan decreased by 2.4% from April to September, to 222378 units, of which passenger car sales were 116115 units, a year-on-year decrease of 4.6%. Sales outside of Japan decreased by 4% to 1.36 million units, with sales in the Chinese market dropping by 14.3% to 329707 units; Sales in Europe increased slightly by 0.8% to 159055 units; However, sales in North America decreased by 1% to 621995 units.
At the same time, Nissan's total exports from Japan SG700Q Grade E steel in the first half of the 2024 fiscal year were 193169 vehicles, a slight decrease of 0.2% year-on-year. Among them, 99750 vehicles were exported to North America, an increase of 2.6% year-on-year, and 27049 vehicles were exported to Europe, an increase of 4.4%.
