At present, the quotation for Türkiye is about US $510-520/ton CFR. Although the price has declined, the inquiry price of Türkiye JEC270C steel buyer is about US $480/ton CFR, and there is still a significant price expectation gap between the buyer and the JEC270C steel seller.
It is reported that Russian sellers hope to maintain price stability, but Türkiye's demand continues to be weak. In addition, Asian buyers have been relatively silent recently, and the market transaction is cold. It is expected that the export price of Russian JEC270C steel billet will still have room for decline in the later period.
