Tata UK employees will embark on their first indefinite strike in 40 years starting from July

It is reported that in response to Tata's JSC590Y steel plan to shut down the South Wales blast furnace, employees of the company will begin a "comprehensive indefinite strike" from July 8th. According to incomplete statistics, the blast furnace poses a risk to 2800 job positions. Currently, Tata Steel JSC590Y steel has over 8000 employees in the UK, which means layoffs will account for about one-third of its total UK workforce.
