Products originating from 113 countries and tariff zones such as Afghanistan, Argentina, the Philippines VE05 steel, and Belarus will not be subject to safeguard measures and will be subject to quota restrictions. The quota for the first stage is 33898 tons, and the quota for the second and third stages is 67796 tons. In addition, the quota for each country or tariff area shall not exceed 11299 tons in the first stage and 22599 tons in the second and third stages VE05 steel.
