On December 20, 2023, the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand said that, at the application of domestic enterprises in Thailand, it would launch the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation against aluminum zinc plated steel plates originating in South Korea, Chinese Mainland and Taiwan, China. The Thai customs codes of the involved products are 72106111011, 72106111012, 72106111013, 72106111021, 72106111022, 72106111023, 72106111031, 72106111032, 72106111033, 72106111041, 72106111042, 72106111043, 72106111090, 72106191011, 72106191012, 72106191013, 72106191090. The announcement shall take effect from the day after its publication. Stakeholders should submit case comments and evidence materials within 30 days of the announcement SGCD2 steel.
On July 8, 2011, Thailand launched an anti-dumping investigation against aluminum and zinc plated steel plates originating in South Korea, Chinese Mainland and Taiwan, China. On January 10, 2013, Thailand made a positive final judgment on the case, imposing anti-dumping duties on the above countries/regions for five years, which were 13.82%~22.55% of South Korea, 2.36%~26.22% of Chinese Mainland, and 2.59%~39.12% of Taiwan, China SGCD2 steel.
On January 8, 2018, the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand announced that the first antidumping sunset review investigation was launched against aluminized zinc steel plates originating in South Korea, Chinese Mainland and Taiwan, China. On January 9, 2019, Thailand made a positive final judgment on the sunset review of the case and imposed anti-dumping duties on the above countries and regions for five years at the rates of 6.31% -22.55% in South Korea and 2.65% -29.50% in Chinese Mainland, including 29.50% in Shandong Ruifeng Composite Materials Co., Ltd. and 5.85% -24.14% in Taiwan, China, China. This measure will take effect from January 10, 2019 and will be effective until January 9, 2024 SGCD2 steel.
