The International Trade Commission of the United States makes the final determination of non refillable steel cylinder double anti industrial damage

On May 16, 2024, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the United States voted to make a final affirmative determination of anti-dumping and countervailing industry damage against non refillable steel cylinders imported from India, determining that the products claimed to have engaged in dumping and subsidy activities have caused substantial damage or threat of damage to domestic industries in the United States SM490C steel. Based on the affirmative final ruling of the US International Trade Commission, the US Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders against Chinese SM490C steel products involved in the case. This case involves products under the US coordinated tariff number 7311.00.0060.

On May 18, 2023, the US Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation into non refillable steel cylinders imported from India. On April 16, 2024, the US Department of Commerce announced a definitive anti-dumping and anti subsidy ruling on non refillable steel cylinders imported from India SM490C steel.
