On February 19, 2025, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make its first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of steel racks imported from China, ruling that if the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures are lifted, substantial damage to the US domestic industry caused by the import of the products in question may continue or occur again within a reasonable foreseeable period. SA283 Grade C steel, According to the final ruling, the current anti-dumping and anti subsidy measures in this case remain effective.

On July 11, 2018,SA283 Grade C steel, the US Department of Commerce launched an anti subsidy and anti-dumping investigation into steel shelves imported from China. On July 18, 2019, the US Department of Commerce made a positive final ruling on the case.

On August 1, 2024, the US Department of Commerce launched the first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation into steel shelves imported from China. On December 6, 2024, the US Department of Commerce made a sunset review affirmative final ruling on the case: if the current anti-dumping measures are lifted, it will result in the continued or repeated dumping of Chinese products at a rate of 144.50%. SA283 Grade C steel, If the countervailing duty in this case is lifted, it will result in the continued or repeated occurrence of subsidies for Chinese products at a rate of 1.50% -102.23%.
