On October 17, 2024, the United States S460Q Grade F steel International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make its first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of steel wheels imported from China, with a positive final ruling on industry damage: it ruled that if the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures are lifted, the substantial damage caused by the import of the products in question to the domestic industry of the United States S460Q Grade F steel may continue or recur within a reasonable foreseeable period. According to the final ruling, the current anti-dumping and anti subsidy measures in this case remain effective.
On April 17, 2018, the US Department of Commerce launched anti-dumping and countervailing investigations into steel wheel hubs imported from China. On March 22, 2019, the US Department of Commerce made a final anti-dumping and countervailing ruling on steel wheel hubs imported from China. On April 1, 2024, the US S460Q Grade F steel Department of Commerce launched the first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation into steel wheel hubs imported from China. On August 9, 2024, the US Department of Commerce made its first anti-dumping and countervailing fast sunset review final ruling on steel wheel hubs imported from China.
