On December 2, 2024, the US 12CrMoV12-10 steel Department of Commerce issued a statement announcing the first anti-dumping and countervailing fast sunset review final ruling on steel wheels 12-16.5 inches in diameter imported from China: if the current anti-dumping measures are lifted, it will result in the continued or repeated dumping of Chinese products at a rate of 44.35%, and if the countervailing duty in this case is lifted, it will result in the continued or repeated subsidy of Chinese products at a rate of 386.45% -388.31%.
On August 29, 2018, the US 12CrMoV12-10 steel Department of Commerce launched an anti subsidy and anti-dumping investigation into steel wheels with a diameter of 12-16.5 inches imported from China. On July 2, 2019, the US Department of Commerce made a final anti-dumping and countervailing ruling on steel wheels with a diameter of 12-16.5 inches imported from China. On August 1, 2024, the US Department of Commerce launched the first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation into steel wheels with diameters of 12-16.5 inches imported from China 12CrMoV12-10 steel.
