Tosyali hot rolling furnace in Türkiye was put into production

Recently, the No. 2 heating furnace of 1800mm hot rolling line of Türkiye Tosyali Iron and Steel Group, designed and supplied by MCC Jingcheng Phoenix Furnace Co., Ltd., successfully produced red steel, with good operation effect, marking the successful commissioning of Türkiye Tosyali hot rolling heating furnace project SGLCC steel.

This project involves the construction of two 400t/h walking beam hot rolling heating furnaces and auxiliary facilities, making it the largest production capacity heating furnace project undertaken by a Chinese enterprise overseas. The project adopts advanced heating technology and equipment with current world level, and applies advanced technologies such as ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology, precise control of furnace atmosphere, and water beam vaporization cooling technology to build the heating furnace of the project into a green, efficient, and energy-saving benchmark heating furnace SGLCC steel.

In the project construction, the project team of MCC Jingcheng Phoenix Furnace Co., Ltd. made careful planning and deployment in advance to overcome various difficulties, especially in the critical moment of Türkiye's sudden 7.8 magnitude earthquake, the on-site personnel stood firm in the face of danger, demonstrated China's responsibility with a fearless spirit and a high sense of responsibility, and successfully completed various tasks.

MCC Jingcheng Phoenix Furnace Company has a good cooperative relationship with Tosyali Steel Group. Currently, the Tosyali hot rolling heating furnace project signed by the company for Algeria is under construction. It will not only bring new vitality to the economic development of Algeria, but also help promote the green and low-carbon transformation of steel.
