On April 27, 2000, Türkiye made a final determination on the case and began to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the case of China and Brazil. On April 27, 2005, Türkiye conducted a sunset review investigation, and made a final affirmative determination on September 7, 2006, extending the tax period for the products involved in the case in China and Brazil for the first time.
On April 27, 2005, Türkiye launched an anti-dumping investigation against steel pipe fittings from Bulgaria, Indonesia, India, Thailand and Serbia and Montenegro. On September 7, 2006, Türkiye made a final affirmative determination on the case and began to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the case in the above countries.
On June 10, 2011 and May 12, 2017, Türkiye launched JSH440R steel anti-dumping sunset review investigations on steel pipe fittings joints in China, Brazil, Bulgaria, Indonesia, India and Thailand twice, respectively on May 22, 2012 and April 21, 2018, making two affirmative rulings and extending the tax collection period. On April 8, 2023, the Ministry of Trade of Türkiye issued Announcement No. 2023/13, according to the request of Trakya D ö k ü m San, a domestic enterprise in Türkiye Ve Tic A Ş.
