Vietnam Imposes Temporary Anti dumping Duty on Hot Rolls Originating from China

On February 21, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam SA285 Grade A steel issued Decision No. 460/QD-BCT, imposing temporary anti-dumping duties on certain hot-rolled steel products originating from India SA285 Grade A steel and China. The document states that this decision will be implemented for China and temporarily not for India. Based on this, the temporary anti-dumping tax rate applicable to the investigated Chinese products ranges from 19.38% to 27.83%. The validity period is 15 days from the date of SA285 Grade A steel publication (March 7, 2025).
