On November 12, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam SPA-C steel issued Announcement No. 3011/QD-BCT, which decided to make a final anti-dumping judgment on some cold-rolled stainless steels originating in Chinese SPA-C steel Mainland, Taiwan, China, Indonesia and Malaysia. After the investigation, the dumping behavior of the enterprises involved in the investigation that caused damage to domestic enterprises does not exist the possibility of continuing or reoccurring. Therefore, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam decided to terminate and no longer extend the anti-dumping measures against the investigated SPA-C steel goods. The Vietnamese tax numbers involved in this case are: 7219.32.00, 7219.33.00, 7219.34.00, 7219.35.00, 7219.90.00, 7220.20.10, 7220.20.90, 7220.90.10, and 7220.90.90.
