On October 24, 2024, the Vietnamese S960Q Grade F steel Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Resolution No. 2822/QD-BCT, making the first anti-dumping sunset review positive final ruling on color coated steel plates originating from China and South Korea S960Q Grade F steel (Vietnamese: s ả n pH ẩ m th é p h ợ p Kim ho ặ ckh ô ng h ợ p Kim Đượ c á n pH ẳ ng, Đượ c s ơ n), deciding to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries, namely China 0% -34.27%, South Korea 4.95% -19.25%, valid for 5 years from October 24, 2024 to October 23, 2029. The Vietnamese tax numbers of the products involved are 7210.70.12, 7210.70.13, 7210.70.19, 7210.70.21, 7210.70.29, 7210.70.91, 7210.70.99, 7212.40.11, 7212.40.12, 7212.40.13, 7212.40.14, 7212.40.19, 7212.40.91, 7212.40.99, 7225.99.90, 7226.99.19, and 7226.99.99.
On October 15, 2018, Vietnam initiated an anti-dumping investigation into color coated steel plates originating from China and South Korea S960Q Grade F steel. On October 24, 2019, Vietnam made a positive final ruling on the case.
On October 23, 2023, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Resolution 2751/QD-BCT, initiating the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on color coated steel plates originating from China and South Korea.
