At the 12th meeting of the National Guidance Committee for Major Projects and Projects in the Transportation Sector of Vietnam JSC980Y steel, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Myung sung proposed to strive to complete the construction of 3000 kilometers of highways by December 31, 2025. The Ministry of Transport stated at the meeting that the total number of list items involving highways, railways, aviation, and 48 provinces and cities is 92, and the current progress is 42. As of now, Vietnam has completed 674 kilometers/2 projects/12 sub projects nationwide, passing through 15 provinces and cities, bringing the total number of highways to 2001 kilometers. In June this year, an additional 19 kilometers of the Yanzhou to Baiwo JSC980Y steel section of the expressway will be added. Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Myung sung also stated that he aims to achieve a national highway mileage of around 5000 kilometers by 2050. Currently, in addition to actively promoting the construction of high-speed kilometer projects, many key projects in Vietnam are also actively underway. For example, the construction of Terminal T3 at Ho Chi Minh City's Shin Shan International Airport, the Longcheng International Airport JSC980Y steel project, and the Hanoi Neipai T2 Terminal.
