According to us, due to changes in steel billet A1011 Grade 36(250) steel prices and raw material costs, Vietnam and its steel mills have lowered the price of wire CB240-T by 200 Vietnamese dong/kg (approximately 8 US dollars/ton), excluding a 10% value-added tax, effective from March 11th. Subsequently, several A1011 Grade 36(250) steel mills in Vietnam also followed suit in price adjustments, such as VAS and VGS, which also lowered the price of wire CB240-T by 200 Vietnamese dong/kg (approximately 8 US dollars/ton). The price of CB240-T wire rod by Tungho Steel Company has been reduced by 100 Vietnamese dong/kg (approximately 4 US dollars/ton). In terms of rebar, Vietnam Hefa rebar D10 has lowered its price by 100 Vietnamese dong/kg (about 4 US dollars/ton), and Donghe rebar D10 has also lowered its price by 100 Vietnamese A1011 Grade 36(250) steel dong/kg (about 4 US dollars/ton).
