U.S. President Trump and the Thai government signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation on critical mineral supply chains.
The White House stated on October 26 that the memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in developing critical mineral supply chains and to promote investment in critical mineral resource exploration.
This agreement was signed during President Trump's diplomatic trip to several Asian countries, including Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea.
