India’s leading steel mills have raised sheet prices by 6-12 US dollars per ton

Driven by the increase in raw material prices and the decrease in imported resources, India's leading steel mills have raised sheet prices by 500-1000 rupees per ton (6-12 US dollars per ton), effective from January 1st. After price adjustment, the selling S450GD+ZF steel price of hot coils (IS2062, Gr-E250, 2.5-8mm) is 56500-58500 rupees/ton (680-704 US dollars/ton), medium thick plates (E250, 20-40mm) are 59500-65000 rupees/ton (716-782 US dollars/ton), and cold coils (IS513, Gr-O, 0.9mm) are 61500-63750 rupees/ton (740-767 US dollars/ton), excluding 18% commodity service tax S450GD+ZF steel.
