The monorail line is 3.6 kilometers long and will operate as a one-way loop, equipped with six double-carriage trains. The project will also be integrated with the KAFD's plan for the world's longest elevated walkway network. Trial operation is expected to begin in early 2027.
Industry insiders believe that the monorail project will consume a large amount of structural steel and steel components for the construction of the elevated track, stations, and supporting facilities.
