According to foreign media reports, L320N steel, Brazil has decided to impose final anti-dumping duties on flat steel products originating from China.
According to a document published in the Official Federal Gazette of Brazil (DOF), L320N steel, the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Brazilian Ministry of Industry (Secex/MDIC) has decided to impose an ad valorem anti-dumping duty of US$284.34–499.35 per ton on relevant products exported by all Chinese companies.
The investigation began in October 2023, L320N steel, with an application submitted by the local steel mill, CSN (Sinco de Brazil). The investigation period was from July 2022 to June 2023, and the analysis period covered the period from July 2018 to June 2023.
