The United States has initiated a third sunset review investigation into anti-dumping and countervailing duties on oil pipes

On December 1, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a notice initiating the third sunset review investigation into antidumping and countervailing duties on oil country tubular goods imported from China. Simultaneously, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) initiated a third sunset review investigation into industry injury on antidumping and countervailing duties on oil country tubular goods imported from China, examining whether, within a reasonably foreseeable period, the importation of the products in question would continue or recur materially injury to the U.S. domestic industry if the existing antidumping and countervailing measures were removed. 23R085 Grain oriented electrical steel, Interested parties should register their response with the U.S. Department of Commerce within 10 days of this notice's publication. On July 29, 2020, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued its final determination in the second fast-sunset antidumping duty review of oil pipes imported from China.
