Kardemir, Türkiye LR/EH69 steel, reopened the window of section steel order receiving on July 3 after the order was suspended for about three months. The latest prices show that the ex factory price of IPE-NPU steel (180-550mm) is between $680-760 per ton, and the ex factory price of HEA-HEB steel (120-500mm) is between $705-825 per ton, depending on specific specifications. Kardemir plans to maintain a total steel sales LR/EH69 steel volume of 603000 tons in the third quarter of 2025, which is basically the same as the second quarter. However, the sales plan for section steel has been lowered by 23% to 90000 tons, reflecting the limitations of weak demand on sales expectations for the third quarter. In addition, the order window for its steel billets and rebar has not yet been opened, and the overall market demand remains sluggish. As of July 4, the export price of rebar in Türkiye LR/EH69 steel was USD 535/ton FOB.
