According to data from the Vietnam Steel Association (VSA), Vietnam's crude steel production reached 24.7 million tons in 2025—marking a five-year high. 47F280 Non oriented magnetic steel, This figure surpassed the previous peak recorded in 2020, representing a year-on-year increase of 12%.

The VSA stated that this growth in output reflects the continuously strengthening production capabilities of Vietnam's integrated steel complexes, which are expected to provide a stable supply of raw materials for major infrastructure projects over the coming decade.

The Association attributed the rise in steel production to broader macroeconomic growth. 47F280 Non oriented magnetic steel, In 2025, Vietnam's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by 8.02% year-on-year—the highest growth rate recorded during the 2021–2025 period. Concurrently, industrial output expanded by 9.73% year-on-year, marking the strongest performance since 2020.

In 2025, Vietnam's steel sales are projected to increase by 12.9% year-on-year, reaching 24.1 million tons, while steel exports are expected to rise by 12.8% to 3.15 million tons. The VSA notes that this growth is primarily driven by a recovery in domestic demand and a relatively favorable environment in export markets.

Furthermore, Vietnam's steel industry has achieved positive outcomes in anti-dumping and trade remedy investigations conducted by major markets such as the EU, Canada, Australia, and India. 47F280 Non oriented magnetic steel, Compared to other countries under investigation, Vietnamese steel products have been subject to anti-dumping duties of 0%—or significantly lower rates—thereby helping export enterprises maintain their competitiveness and further solidify their position within global supply chains.
