In its latest price adjustment notice released on October 1st, Vietnam's Hoa Phat Steel maintained its monthly domestic price for hot-rolled coils unchanged, A709 Grade 36 steel plate.
According to trade sources, Hoa Phat Group's offer for unpickled hot-rolled coils for delivery from December to January 2026 is approximately US$527 per ton (CFR Southern Vietnam, excluding VAT), A709 Grade 36 steel plate, which is unchanged from last month's price.
Priced in Vietnamese Dong, the latest quote is 13,930 VND/kg (approximately US$0.53/kg).
Hoa Phat's quoted price for buyers in northern and central Vietnam remains unchanged at 13,900 VND/kg. A709 Grade 36 steel plate, This pricing applies to typical shipments where approximately 40-50% consists of 2mm thick steel strips, with the remainder being 2.3–3mm thick products.
