ANSWER:HX220BD+ZM is a hot dip Zinc-iron coated steel grade in European standard EN10346 ,HX220BD+ZM is bake hardening quality steel material (the steel exhibiting an increase in proof strength following heating in the region of 170 °C for 20 min ), The material No. of HX220BD is 1.0919+ZM.

+ZM means Hot-dip Zinc-magnesium alloy coated, application of a Zinc-magnesium coating by immersing the prepared strip in a molten bath of zinc-aluminum-magnesium. The composition of the bath is sum of aluminium and magnesium from 1.5%-8%, containing minimum of 0.2% magnesium and the balance zinc. So HX220BD+ZM means hot dip Zinc-magnesium coated,cold forming quality material with bake hardening quality.

HX220BD+ZM material steel have coil, strip, sheet condition, thickness is from 0.2mm-3mm.

HX220BD+ZM steel coating finish is N(Normal spangle) or M(Minimized spangle)

Bake-hardening Index BH2 should be not less than 30MPa
