ASK:

What's HX260BD+ZF steel ?

ANSWER:HX260BD+ZF is a hot dip Zinc-iron coated steel grade in European standard EN10346 ,HX260BD+ZF is bake hardening quality steel material (the steel exhibiting an increase in proof strength following heating in the region of 170 °C for 20 min ), The material No. of HX260BD is 1.0924+ZF.

+ZF means hot dip Zinc-iron coating. The zinc content of the bath is at least 99%, or the annealing produces and iron-zinc coating with an iron content of normally 8%-12%. So HX260BD+ZF means hot dip zinc-iron coated, cold forming material steel with high proof strength .

HX260BD+ZF material steel have coil, strip, sheet condition, thickness is from 0.2mm-3mm.

HX260BD+ZF steel coating finish is N(Normal spangle) or M(Minimized spangle)

HX260BD+ZF steel Surface quality A (As coated surface) , B(Improved surface), C(Best quality surface)

HX260BD+ZF steel Surface treatment C (chemically passivated) , O (oiled), CO (chemically passivated and oiled) , P (phosphate) , PO (phosphate and oiled), S (sealed)

HX260BD+ZF steel Coating mass are: ZF100, ZF120

HX260BD+ZF steel mechanical property:
Proof strength should be 260-320MPa
Tensile strength should be 360-440MPa
Elongation A80 should be not less than 28%
Bake-hardening Index BH2 should be not less than 30MPa
