+ZM means Hot-dip Zinc-magnesium alloy coated, application of a Zinc-magnesium coating by immersing the prepared strip in a molten bath of zinc-aluminum-magnesium. The composition of the bath is sum of aluminium and magnesium from 1.5%-8%, containing minimum of 0.2% magnesium and the balance zinc. So HX420LAD+ZM means hot dip Zinc-magnesium coated,cold forming quality material with low alloy/micro-alloyed quality.
