SA1F Aluminized steel have three level Surface quality, they are : As coated surface (A), Improved surface (B), Best quality surface(C). Usually the standard surface quality we supplied is Level B.

SA1F is the drawing quality Aluminized steel, so it request a strict Elongation rate data.
During the thickness 0.4mm-≤0.6mm Elongation should be not less than 35%
During the thickness 0.6mm-≤1.0mm Elongation should be not less than 37%
When the thickness Above 1.0mm, Elongation should be not less than 39%
