SGCC is the base material SPCC which are equally coated on both surfaces by hot dip zinc coating process. The composition by mass fraction is 97% or over zinc (provided that the aluminium content is usually 0.3% or less). The Application of SGCC is for commercial use.

SGCC steel surface finish for non-alloyed coating : R (Regular spangle) and Z(Minimized spangle)
SGCC steel surface chemical treatment are: C(Chromate treatment), P(Phosphate treatment), NC(Chromate-free treatment), NP(Chromate-free phosphate treatment), M(Untreated)
SGCC steel tensile test characteristics:
yield strength should be not less than 205 MPa,
tensile strength should be not less than 270 MPa,
