ANSWER: JIS G 3141 is the Japanese industrial standard specifies the cold-reduced carbon steel sheets, coils and strip, including the cold rolled strip steel and also the cut lengths there from.

JIS G 3141 SPCF is cold rolled Non-ageing deep drawing quality steel material coil, strip or sheets.

The surface finish of SPCF grade steel has full finished(use D), and Bright finish (use B)

SPCF is Non-ageing deep drawing quality steel. The first “C” means cold rolled , “F” means Non-ageing deep drawing.

The exact mechanical property requirements of SPCF is :Yield strength is max 210MPa, tensile strength is min 270MPa, total Elongation in 80mm is min 40% .
