On August 28, 2024, the Australian Anti Dumping TH580 Electroplated tin (chromium) steel Commission issued Notice No. 2024/053, stating that an anti-dumping and anti subsidy investigation has been initiated against Ceiling Steel Framing Members imported from China, in response to an application submitted by Rondo Building Services Pty Ltd, a domestic Australian company. The Australian customs codes for the products involved are 7216.61.00.57, 7216.69.00.58, 7216.91.00.59, 7308.90.0052, 7308.90.0053, 7308.90.0055, and 7308.9.00.56. The investigation TH580 Electroplated tin (chromium) steel period of this case is from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, and the damage investigation period is from July 1, 2020. The Australian Anti Dumping Commission is expected to complete the basic factual report of this investigation no later than December 16, 2024, and submit the final ruling report to the Australian Minister of Industry and Science no later than January 30, 2025 TH580 Electroplated tin (chromium) steel.
