Based on the final determination, the existing antidumping and countervailing measures in this case remain in effect.

On July 1, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated its fourth sunset review investigation into the antidumping duties on hot-rolled carbon steel sheet imported from China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Ukraine, as well as Taiwan. Simultaneously, X65 steel, it initiated its fourth sunset review investigation into the countervailing duties on hot-rolled carbon steel sheet imported from Indonesia, India, and Thailand. On November 12, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued its final determination in the fourth expedited sunset review of the antidumping duties on hot-rolled carbon steel sheet imported from China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Ukraine, as well as Taiwan, and its final determination in the fourth expedited sunset review of the countervailing duties on hot-rolled carbon steel sheet imported from India, Indonesia, and Thailand.
