Canada-based Varsteel Ltd. has announced the acquisition of the structural steel division of Pacifica Steel Ltd., a local company with operations spanning British Columbia and Alberta. Following the acquisition, Varsteel will offer an even broader range of structural steel products, including extra-wide flange beams up to 44 inches in width.
