Danieli Group recently announced that the 350,000-ton per year thermomechanical treatment (TMT) rebar production line it built for Jai Raj Ispat's Kurnool steel plant has successfully passed performance guarantee testing. It is reported that the factory has introduced Danieli's MIDA QLP endless casting and rolling technology, making it the first long-product production line in India to utilize this advanced process. B30R105 oriented electrical steel, The MIDA QLP process enables a one-stop direct conversion from molten steel to finished TMT rebar. This integrated production sequence significantly reduces heat loss and intermediate handling, while also effectively controlling energy consumption and improving the metallurgical uniformity of the product.
This technology configuration will help Jai Raj Ispat continuously and stably produce high-quality TMT rebar products with lower environmental impact and operating costs, B30R105 oriented electrical steel.
