Russian car production surges in the first half of 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation, in the first half of 2024, passenger car production increased by 62.2% year-on-year to 330000 units. Among them, the SAE J2340 250B steel production of buses weighing over 5 tons was 7500, a year-on-year increase of 18.9%; The production of buses under 5 tons is 10100, a year-on-year increase of 7%.

In the first half of 2024, Russia SAE J2340 250B steel produced 90900 trucks, a year-on-year increase of 21.1%.
