On June 10, 2026, the Department for Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued the disclosure of the final determination regarding the first sunset review of anti-dumping measures on welded corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipes originating from China (see Notice No. 2026/488/AD30R1). HCT600C+ZM Hot dip Zinc-magnesium allo coating (ZM) steel , The determination concluded that the revocation of current anti-dumping duties would likely lead to a recurrence of dumping and the associated injury to the relevant industry within the Eurasian Economic Union; consequently, it recommended the continued imposition of anti-dumping duties on the subject products for a period of five years. The subject products are welded corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness of 0.4 to 6 mm and circular, square, or rectangular cross-sections, falling under Eurasian Economic Union tariff codes 7306 40 200 9, 7306 40 800 1, 7306 40 800 8, and 7306 61 100 9.
Interested parties shall submit their comments on the case no later than June 25, 2026.
On December 24, 2019, the Eurasian Economic Commission initiated an anti-dumping investigation into welded stainless steel pipes originating from China. On February 12, 2021, the Commission decided to impose anti-dumping duties on the products in question for a period of five years; specifically, the duty rate was set at 14.62% for Foshan Vinmay Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., and at 17.28% for Guangdong Sumwin New Material Group Co., Ltd. as well as other Chinese producers. On November 13, 2025, the Eurasian Economic Commission initiated the first sunset review of the case.
