The United States issues final ruling on the second anti-dumping sunset review of carbon steel alloy wire rod

On August 25, 2025, the U.S. RAIN RI/F420 steel Department of Commerce issued an announcement stating that it had made a final ruling on the second rapid sunset review of anti-dumping measures on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rods imported from China: if the current anti-dumping measures are canceled, the dumping margin of the Chinese products involved will continue or reoccur at a rate of 110.25%.

On February 21, 2014, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations on carbon steel alloy wire rod imported from China. On November 13, 2014, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued final anti-dumping and countervailing duty determinations on carbon steel alloy wire rod imported from China. RAIN RI/F420 steel On December 2, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated the first sunset review of anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations on carbon steel alloy wire rod imported from China.On March 30, 2020, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued the first final ruling in an expedited sunset review of anti-dumping duties on carbon steel alloy wire rod imported from China. RAIN RI/F420 steel On April 6, 2020, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued the first final ruling in an expedited sunset review of anti-dumping duties on carbon steel alloy wire rod imported from China. On May 1, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated the second anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation on carbon steel alloy wire rod imported from China.
